A few good questions

Curious? Good. So are we.

How we think about agentic engineering, product development and the software we build.

What does RADGroup stand for?

RADGroup is Rapid Application Development Group. We bring decades of product-development experience to AI-assisted software creation.

What is agentic engineering?

Agentic engineering uses AI agents to carry out focused development tasks under human direction. We define the requirements, choose the tools, review the results and validate the software against the needs of its users.

Why do product developers matter when AI can write code?

Code is an implementation of decisions. Product developers decide what a product should do, how people should interact with it, how its data should work and what security and operational requirements it must meet. Better decisions lead to better instructions—and better software.

What kinds of software do you build?

We build SaaS applications, plugins for major platforms such as WordPress, standalone desktop software, mobile applications and other focused software products.

Who is RADGroup software for?

Our focus is consumers and small or medium-sized businesses. We look for specific needs and practical workflows where a well-designed product can make a useful difference.

How do you balance speed with quality?

We use clear acceptance criteria, iterative review and testing throughout development. Performance, usability, accessibility, security and operational behavior are part of the work, not just checks at the end.

Does AI replace human review?

No. Our product developers guide the agents, evaluate their output and make product and release decisions. Human experience remains central to the process.

What happens after deployment?

Deployment is part of the lifecycle. We plan for monitoring, maintenance, feedback, optimization and ongoing operation, drawing on experience across DevOps and SecOps.

Can I talk to RADGroup about a product idea?

Yes. Use our contact page to describe the audience, the problem and what better would look like. That gives us a useful starting point for a conversation.
